Each drop locks 5 days ahead at 09:00 UK time
Before lock you can update the upcoming box. Once it locks, that delivery is fixed and recurring changes apply from the next unlocked box.
We take payment, ship the box, repeat
Payment is taken when the next box locks. Free or discounted shipping, your saved card, and a fresh DPD next-day delivery.

How does the subscriber discount work?
Pick a frequency at checkout and we apply the discount to your first order and every renewal. Weekly saves 15%, fortnightly saves 12.5%, monthly saves 10%.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes — head to Account → My Subscriptions and manage the subscription you want. A locked box stays fixed; skip, pause, cadence and recurring changes affect the next eligible unlocked delivery.
Can I change what's in my box?
Absolutely. Each delivery locks at 09:00 UK time 5 days before its scheduled date. Before that point you can change the upcoming box. After lock, that box cannot change and recurring updates apply to the following unlocked box.
When does payment get taken?
Your first box is paid for at checkout. After that, payment is collected when each delivery locks at 09:00 UK time, 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Do my loyalty points still apply?
Yes. Subscription orders earn loyalty points in the normal way. Most loyalty rewards (free fritters, free bunny chow, etc.) can also be redeemed against subscription drops.
