Payment is taken when the next box locks. Free or discounted shipping, your saved card, and a fresh DPD next-day delivery.

How does the subscriber discount work?
Pick a frequency at checkout and we apply the discount to your first order and every renewal. Weekly saves 15%, fortnightly saves 12.5%, monthly saves 10%.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes — head to Account → Subscription. You can skip the next drop, pause for as long as you like, or cancel outright.
Can I change what's in my box?
Absolutely. A few days before each drop locks in, you can tweak sides, swap curries, add extras, or remove items. After lock-in we begin prep, so changes have to wait for the following box.
When does payment get taken?
Your first box is paid for at checkout. After that, we take payment automatically the day each new box locks in, using the card you saved at signup.
Do my loyalty points still apply?
Yes. Subscription orders earn loyalty points in the normal way. Most loyalty rewards (free fritters, free bunny chow, etc.) can also be redeemed against subscription drops.
