These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Bunny UK, including our website, account features, checkout, subscriptions, support channels, promotions, and related customer services.

Your continued use of Bunny UK, including placing an order or creating an account, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. If you create an account, you must provide truthful information and keep contact and delivery details up to date.

You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account unless it was caused by our error or a security issue outside your control. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Orders and product availability

Product listings, menu items, bundles, add-ons, and subscriptions are subject to availability. We may update or remove products, pricing, ingredients, offers, and delivery slots at any time.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we may cancel it in whole or in part and issue an appropriate refund or adjustment.

Please review product descriptions, spice selections, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on Bunny UK are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts, and promotional adjustments are shown during checkout where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate.

We may use payment references, payment intent identifiers, and related billing records to manage checkout, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and fraud prevention.

Delivery and address details

You must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient name, address, postcode, and any relevant delivery instructions.

Delivery windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may happen due to demand, weather, carrier issues, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

We aim to deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. However, delivery days may change due to bank holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside our reasonable control. We will do our best to notify you of any changes to your scheduled delivery day in advance.

If an order cannot be delivered because the information you provided is incomplete or incorrect, we may need to contact you, reschedule delivery, or apply additional charges where reasonable.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorise recurring billing in line with the subscription plan selected at checkout or later in your account.

Subscription schedules, product contents, and availability may change from time to time. We may update operational details where needed to keep the service running, but we will aim to keep the overall subscription service materially consistent with what you purchased.

Where a specific product included in your subscription is temporarily or permanently unavailable, we may substitute it with a product of equivalent or greater value and comparable type. We will aim to notify you of any substitution in advance where reasonably practicable. If you are unhappy with a substitution, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

You can manage active subscriptions through the account tools we provide. Changes, pauses, skips, or cancellations may be subject to cut-off times linked to billing or dispatch schedules.

Cancellations, refunds, and support

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our support channels so we can investigate and help.

Refunds, credits, replacements, and subscription adjustments are handled case by case, taking into account the type of product, the issue reported, and any applicable consumer rights. We may request order details, photos, or further information where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
